"The location of this hotel is the best. Right on top of the bart exit. Easy for us to commute to Oakland concert and walk to many attractions. The facility is a bit outdated but overall clean. It's pet-friendly so you will hear barking when you walk through the hallway."

"Decent hotel in a very convent location for many downtown SF attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to the Tenderloin and Polk street actions. Customer Service was nice and average, rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. Parking can be difficult but there are garages nearby."

"I want to begin with the staff they were amazing and helpful and very professional. We were worried about our car since it is in a little rough area of town but if you have been to LA its honestly not bad. The car was in a safe garage that was closed at night for safety. We did not walk at night but in the day it was not bad at all. there was some homeless, sure but they were on the street and not inside of the hotel. They also have security. We traveled with our kids and we felt fine. The breakfast that they included was enough to get your day started and they are also near a shop that sells more breakfast if you want a heavier meal. we were near everything and using an uber was easy. We also drove to some of the tourist places and it was easy to get around and we were close to everything. Our experience at this hotel was amazing! I would definitely come back. the rooms are nice and modern they are spacious and clean."
