All of the staff was great! Especially Jamil. My room was great with a great view! It’s close to everything. It will definitely be my first choice on my next visit.
The rooms are clean and decent, and the location is good. However, I’m disappointed with the destination fee that added $35 per night to my room. I’ve called the hotel multiple times, but I’ve only managed to leave voicemail messages without receiving any response. The front desk simply advised me to read the fine print. It’s not clear why the $35 charge is not mentioned at check-in or check-out, which feels a bit sneaky. Another issue is the prices for basic items. The room offers water for $8 a bottle, and breakfast costs $35 per person for the most basic options. While the Clancy is a decent hotel, it’s not a luxury establishment. I’m not sure why they’re expecting luxury prices.
We loved our stay here for the Giants game, easy walk and close to the field. Extremely nice staff at front counter and the bar area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also good water pressure in the shower.
We were a group of nine for a family trip. All of our rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and the beds were very cozy. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was in a great location for doing a lot of walking and sightseeing and we felt very safe in this area. One evening we had drinks from the bar and brought them to the outside courtyard where we had a lot of room to hang out. We had breakfast three mornings at the hotel restaurant, the food came out quickly was hot and very good. We did not order off the buffet, but from the regular menu. We would definitely stay here again.
Easiest and friendliest check in process we have had in a long time. Everything was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Front desk was slow and not super helpful. The valet was understaffed and weren’t present when dropping off the car.
The beds were wonderful. Very clean, great shower. Wish we would have had a coffee machine in the room. It was an expresso. Also wish the restaurant had more variety of "regular" food like sandwiches. The public space was also very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.
We stay in the city once a year and decided to try this hotel this time. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel bar has great drinks and appetizers for happy hour and the staff are friendly. Our room had a spectacular view or the city and the bed was extremely comfortable. This hotel was within walking distance of our desired destinations. We would definitely stay here again.
