"Hallway smelt damp, carpet was old, loose and stained, wall outside room was literally falling apart and hanging out clearly from excessive water damage. Room felt dirty, stains on built in couch and decorative covers on the end of the bed, all wine glasses in the room were visibly dirty - clearly had been wiped out with a dirty rag. "We recently stayed at Big 4 Rowes Bay Beachfront Holiday Park in Townsville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had booked two cabins for our group, but upon arrival, I was only allocated one.
