"Unfortunately the cold water shower taps were inoperative. Only both hot water taps worked & the water became scolding hot making it impossible to have a shower. The room had a faint musky smell when we entered the property which meant the rooms did not receive any fresh air. "The location was spot on, quiet and tranquil but there are areas the location could improve on. We where in lodge 2 and the path from the car parking leading up to the lodge could be an issue in the dark with the garden retaining wall called across it partially blocking the clear access"

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

Paradox Sydney

Paradox Sydney

10/10 Cemerlang
"The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
