"This was an amazing place. The view and architecture were gorgeous. It was in the middle of a market/the Spice Bazaar which was a little overwhelming upon immediately arriving. However, I would recommend this place 100%. Such a great central location. The staff and hotel itself were amazing. Very comfortable and gorgeous architecture. The view from breakfast on the rooftop was incredible."

"This hotel is in a brilliant location in the heart for the old city but also manages to be quiet at night. The breakfast was outstanding, all the staff were lovely and just as they should be. The room was spotless and it was an extra treat having a lovely balcony of our own to sit on in the evenings with a glass of wine"

"The room was excellent and was clean. One suggestion would be to provide at least two pillows per person (so a double bed would have four and a single would have two). All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient with the two main mosques (Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque) being about 7-10 minutes walk. The tram is also very close. The breakfast provided was good but could benefit from having a fresh juice station (it was a diluted offering) and a better hot beverages machine (the cappuccino and lattes were not great)."

"Stayed with kids , The facility is nice : clean housekeeping is great, front desk ( redwan, Burhan and shamsuleddin) were awsome also were bellmen Mohamed , sameh and others .. It is near everything , very close to sultan Abdul hamid II tomb. Between bazaar and blue mosque .. by the tram station. The only thing is the queen/king bed should be more comfier …the breakfast could have some improvement.. u might like it - we will say ok for breakfast 3.5/5 other than that I like it and I will be back … Again in total it scores 9.5/10"

We got 2 rooms nxt to each other with Bosphorus view & we really enjoyed our stay We tried hotel’s hair salon & they did amazing job Getting it through Hotels.com was cheaper than direct from the hotel. "The hotel was extremely convenient for our cruise departure. The room was surprisingly small but adequate for our needs. Bathroom renovated but no shelf space at all so all our bathroom amenities had to go on the desk outside. Unfortunately nowhere to put luggage. However staff were very helpful and the spa downstairs was excellent. Had a wonderful massage and hammam. In short, perfectly situated to cruise port."
