The other couple in our party room was so much bigger so we asked to get changed as we paid the same. Cin, the concierge, went above and beyond by giving us a personal tour of the Old City and the Egyptian Spice Market. This thoughtful touch made our stay even more special. The hotel also arranged a sunset cruise along the Bosphorus, which was absolutely phenomenal and a highlight of our trip. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already planning our return to Istanbul next year, and we will definitely be staying at Sansaryan Han again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable Istanbul experience!"
