"Stayed for two nights. Very friendly and helpful front desk and guest relations. Clean facilities. Very assessable to tram and ferry terminal. Very good shopping selection on the very street of the hotel. The breakfast selection was amazing, breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. which gave us plenty of time to eat and get an early start. "
