The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. "We booked late and knew the reviews weren’t great, but the stay was far worse than expected. Check in involved long queues, and when we finally got to our rooms, the rooms were doubles but should have been twins. Housekeeping couldn’t be reached and left a message as instructed, and when we returned later that evening, nothing had been changed. One room also had a strong drain smell. Reception told us housekeeping had finished at 3pm and that the hotel was fully booked, so no room move was...
