"Location is great, close to downtown/ chinatown/ferry building. Staff was friendly and helpful. The floors are mostly carpeted and halls are dimly lit. The lobby is small but nice. We were on the 7th floor but could still hear some traffic from the street. We could also hear the neighbors opening/closing their doors and people talking in the hallways. "Repeat guest for fun in San Francisco. Love being in this neighborhood!! Chinatown and North Beach offer the best food, in walking distance to the Ferry Building and Fishermans Warf. Free parking!!!!! Older property, but clean. Balcony rooms more spacious and worth the small increase in price. Lots of street/city noise at night so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive. We just turn on the oscillating fan provided in the room to drown out the noise. Love this place!!! "
