"This property is located outside of Cheltenham city center and most rooms (all standard/smaller rooms) are in the basement. Basement has been remodeled and rooms are decent but you’re still in a basement with very little access to natural light or windows. Cleaning personnel were very loud in the morning as well talking to one another."

"Basic and clean accomodation. Good location for Gloucester Quays. Tea amd coffee making facilities in bedroom. Free wifi. Only downside is door entry system (no key) and my phone was on very limited battery life by end of our night out so was worried about it dying and not being able to locate the door code information.
