"Pool was lovely, and the room size was great. Breakfast was pretty poor with most of the food cold. The toaster was also broken. Small fridge in the room was a nice touch although never really got cold enough to cool drinks. Tv was broken and kept turning off after 2/5 mins."

"Clean, well-equipped room with balcony and countryside views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and fantastic pool and spa facilities. This was our second visit to Hatherley Manor and they maintained a consistently high standard of service on both occasions. One of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had."

"The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "
