Hotel berdekatan Temple Balsall

"L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped"

"Staff were friendly room was lovely and food exceptional. One criticism was charging point in car park only had css charging which does fit all electric cars but that isn't responsibility of the hotel as run independently, just would have been good to have other types of tethered fast charging leads."

"Arrived late, (2 a.m.) but efficient checking in service and soon settled in for a good night's sleep (aided greatly by the knowledge that check out wasnt until 12)"

"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"

"room was very clean and staff were friendly and said hello when they saw you. breakfast was good with plenty of choice ."

"Indifferent staff at check-in, restaurant and bar. Bags of rubbish in the corridor outside my room. No wi-fi available. It maybe a airport hotel with a high turnover of guests, but no-one seemed bothered about providing a decent service. Avoid breakfast - better off in Greggs over the road....."

"Very quiet and spacious. Sleep was great, with a good selection of pillows."

"The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes."

"It was very clean. The service was excellent from the reception to house keeping. The buffet breakfast was great with good price. Great ambience. Anything we needed was available to us right away. My family and I would stay at this hotel again."

"Good"

"Great location about 5 miles outside Shirley, ald very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast and parking included. Great value given the quality. We had a really big beautiful room (including a chaise by the window!) and the bathroom was enormous. Amazing shower, lovely big (separate) bath. Breakfast was buffet-style with hot and cold choices. Service was excellent. We would definitely come here again if in the area."

"Staff were so polite and helpful ."

"We stay regularly at this hotel & it never disappoints. A stand-out is the really lovely staff - they’re always so friendly & helpful. Always such a great atmosphere, too. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Coventry."

"Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay."

"Not my first visit. Good local for catching up with friends between London and Wales. Has everything need. Good choice of restaurants. Entertainment from bowling to nightclub/casino. A spa. Easy parking"

"This was an extremely comfortable and great value place to stay. My room was a good size and the bed was great. Breakfast was also amazing value and with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area."
