"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

Saturday breakfast served very late from 8am forcing people to skip breakfast for early event starts. Weekday breakfast service lacked attention with minimal staff & resultant struggle to oversee stuff - no refills for food & coffee till you found someone. "
