"The front desk staff provided excellent and courteous service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Temecula. However, the accommodations appear to be outdated and below expectations. For a rate of $170 per night, I had anticipated standard amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, an iron, and a hairdryer, which were not provided. The room was small, felt humid and had a noticeable musty odor. The linens seemed old and worn out."

"This was a terrible choice to stay at this motel, the room smelled real bad of cigarette , I had booked for a none smoking room, when we check in the room was nasty smelly that the accommodated me with another room and it smelled the same way but it was to mate to look for another room so w just put the AC on full blast to cut the smell down, the floor was dirty like they never mopped, and the towels a bed spread look dirty cigarettes hole everywhere nasty man !! "I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them."
