"Poorly managed for morning queue for breakfast. There was a huge group and the queue was super long . Should have a separate queue for guests that is not part of the group. So chaotic and I have to miss my breakfast"

"Very convenient from the airport with the hotel linked to the KLIA express terminal at Stesen Sentral. Relaxing atmosphere in lobby and the room was very comfortable though the bed was a bit soft for my liking. Great shower! A very comfortable sray."

"Staff was very nice at front desk. We booked two rooms and they make it interconnecting for us. The room was clean though a little bit old. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The hotel is connected through a covered indoor pathway to mid valley mall. The Grab pick up and drop off was at the entrance to the mall not the hotel but it is just few steps away. There is also a stand for metered taxi which we took early morning to KL Sentral. There are another St Giles hotel nearby so be careful when you order Grab to put the correct hotel name or address."

"Breakfast buffet was the best feature which includes many Malaysian and western food. Room was a bit small but adequate for a sleepover during/before flight."
