"Spa towels have weird smell"

"Very convenient. I got two rooms for me, my husband, and my sister. My sister was scared in the middle of the night so she came to sleep in my bed, but the bed was a little small for 3 people."

"This is my third visit to this beautiful oasis, and I am never disappointed. If you are a nature lover, this resort is for you. Beautiful natural setting, delicious food, well-trained and wonderful staff, with a geothermal hotspring jacuzzi and cool dipping pool in each villa. It is worth every cent you pay. I must mention some of the wonderful staff here - Ali, Ram, Chetan, Kin, Simon, Apple, Siva, Rubini and Livesh, who all make this place special. Kin was a class above the others as he took the time to explain each dish, and was always open to feedback. Ram and Chetan were just wondeful conversationalists and so very pleasant. The entire staff including reception, housekeeping, maintenance and grounds are just so friendly. Thank you guys from both of us."

"Excellent service, super helpful and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The room we got was nice enough but could’ve used a few more upscale amenities like lotion, hand soap for the sink. The lack of drawers for clothes and an extremely small hanging rack also took away from it being excellent. But overall we loved the stay here and we will be back!"
