"複数家族で利用しました。一棟貸しとのことで、急な人数変更でも料金の変更がないので安心して予約できました。またオープンな環境に見えてプライバシーが守られているので、ホテルなどで雑魚寝するよりよっぽど睡眠の質はあがります。各スペースにコンセントがあるのもかなり助かりました。洗面3つ、シャワールーム2つ、男女混合の14名で利用させていただきましたが申し分ない設備でした。駅やコンビニ、パーキング、大型スーパー、飲食店等も近くにありました。人数も多かった為Wi-Fiが繋がりにくい時がありましたが、ボードゲームなども充実しておりデジタルデトックスできたので逆に良かったです。また是非利用したいです！"

"The staff were helpful when we asked about late check out. However, in-house restaurant booking was difficult for the French Escale as it was fully booked most of the time. There were 2 toilets in our Deluxe Twin Room ....very useful feature. We were missing a collapsible table for luggage which would have been a useful item to have in the room. Room safe was not available. Room is spacious."

View was meh, but being at the back of the hotel helped as the hotel is on a main road. Breakfast and dinner were also very tasting and filling. Italian cuisine and open kitchen. Reasonable prices. A great boutique hotel away from the centre."

"Love the location, can’t beat it. As soon as you’re off the elevator, Namba and Dotonbori is right there! If you chose to have the lounge access, it’s open from 2pm to 9:30pm. It technically closes at 10:00pm, but they start shutting everything down by 9:30pm. Free soft drinks, beer, sake, wine and some hards. Pancakes and chips, nuts and cheese. Good to chill after a long day of shopping and touring."

"Travelled with my wife for the first time to Japan; for the price, we were impressed. Room felt a little crammed at times but was manageable. Staff was extremely friendly and ensured we were comfortable. Room had air conditioning and the bed/pillows were more comfortable than my own. Close to Kyoto Station which saved us time and energy which you would need to travel any places you planned to visit/hike. Would stay here again."

Of the 4 properties we stayed at on our recent trip, this was our least favorite. View from room was spectacular and the room was clean but overall, would not revisit or recommend."
