"This was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a nice ambiance, at a good price. It is central and walkable to some good shopping areas and the subway. Note there was what looked like a strip club or 'hostess club' directly across the street. We had picked this hotel as it was close to the train station, but later realized the Shinkansen goes to a different station (to Shin Osaka station and not Osaka Station) so it ended up not being as convenient as we hoped. Our fault but just be aware if you are also taking the Shinkansen that it is a subway ride away. The breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of japanese and western options, though for some reason there was also a bowl of plastic fruit on the buffet, which was disappointing for someone who had seen it across the room and been excited to have a fresh fruit. Overall it is a nice, clean hotel with lovely rooms and staff. Just take care to research whether the area is what you are looking for."

"Breakfast menu is basic and still good range. Rooms are clean and new. Very central location with lots of eatery and only 5mins walk from Osaka station. Recommend to stay here for both work and holiday travelers. "

"This hotel has the worst staff. I was discriminated, laugh at and never want to ever step foot at this location. Staff is rude and very unknowable, when i show up. They told me to sign in with the QR code yet helped everyone else. Like 4 people went and i was still figuring it out because they did not help me. I asked for help and looked bother and also started laughing among them. When i arrived i asked them about my luggage to be shipped to haneda, they said it wouldn’t be an issue to do QR code and just bring them before 10am. Which i did and i was told they can send my luggage 2 days before. They said they couldn’t do anything and to figure it out. That it’s not their problem, luckily i called my previous hotel and they were able to help me. Do not purchase the breakfast, it’s very disgusting and waste of money. I bought buffet for 2 days and i threw away my tickets for the second day. Try new places better. It’s definitely not worth it. "
