"I beg to disagree with people saying negative reviews about this place. Though some are right, but their regular rooms (which is the oldest rooms they have) is totally different to their deluxe rooms (the newer ones at the 2nd floor). Therefore, I suggest get the deluxe room just have to add a couple ..."

"The rooms are not well-maintained. I got a two bedroom suite for roughly 150$ a night (with taxes) which I thought was a good deal. As they say, you get what you’ve paid for, and I certainly did. Let’s start with the positives, the rooms (especially the higher floors) have a nice view of Taal lake. ..."

"Jena at the desk was so efficient and accommodating. I had a long drive and it was past 9 pm. Check in was smooth and she made everything so stress free and okayed my request for late check out since I came in so late."

"This property was ok. Nothing great but not awful. We stayed Monday and Tuesday in a much much nicer and bigger place for 9 people in Baguio for half the the price. I would definitely say this property is over priced. It is also located far from anything. No bus or jeepney service. Too far to walk to anything. Must drive. Oh, there’s bats!"

There are lots of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. There’s a strip mall right next to the hotel and owned by the same company that has restaurants, groceries, and merchandise kiosks. Skyranch is a walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was cost efficient. The lobby looks like it can be a luxury hotel. But there’s where it ended for me. The room I got was ok, not great. The room was outdated. Dressers and cabinets definitely had their share of wear and tear. The stove definitely needs an update. The fridge served it’s purpose. Bathroom is ok. Something about their balcony that water puddles in certain spots after it rains. The upholstery on the loveseat was stained. I just wish they would update/renovate their rooms. "

"I beg to disagree with people saying negative reviews about this place. Though some are right, but their regular rooms (which is the oldest rooms they have) is totally different to their deluxe rooms (the newer ones at the 2nd floor). Therefore, I suggest get the deluxe room just have to add a couple of hundreds which is still cheap. Shower room is clean, aircon is cold, bed is enough for 2 pax, tv with cignal cable. I was not able to ask if they have wifi. There are also chairs and tables outside to hangout or eat. Smoking is allowed. Area is cleaned everyday. Btw, there is a parking area.
Near to everything. There is a Fil-Jap restaurant beside it. They have live band during Fridays and Saturdays. They aslo have excellent food and drinks for affordable prices. Very cozy set-up.
There is also Morgano Restaurant which is walking distance from the accomodation that caters Italian food. It is a must try!
Very convenient with 2 sari-sari stores in front of the hotel that sells everything including ice tubes.
From a distance, there is a shop of different varieties of woodcraft.
It is also very near from Tagaytay round-about.
Employees are very approachable, helpful and friendly.
Overall, it was nice stay in a cheap way."
