"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking,the website says...
