"Things got stolen on two occasions. I asked the staff to check the cctv and they seemed very reluctant and then agreed to. They said where I was located was the one area they don’t have cctv. Overall I felt quite unsafe when staying there and the staff didn’t take my concerns very seriously at all, I think because they’re all travelling themselves and staying at the hostel. It doesn’t seem like there is any authority or professionalism. Other things. No towels to rent, but then saw others...

"We checked in late due to our flight was delayed nobody in check in counter. Receptionist came after 30 minutes and we are able to get in. It was sunday evening, it was a happy hour with a small space to walk due to guest are in the walkway drinking, singing and smoking weed. It was peaceful and for us conservative traveller the ambiance we don’t like. But we some nearby hostel because we extended our stay in Sydney for 2 2 nights it was calm and quiet unlike the Original. In that particular...

"Private room was clean & comfortable. The location was an easy metro trip into city centre and airport."

"Amazing location with amazing rooftop bar and clean nice rooms. Also has kitchen you can make meals. Exceeded my expectations by far as was worried it was technically a hostel but we booked a room with a bathroom and was great"
