Had an amazing stay with the Horizon Club access and the room was with a beautiful Opera house view and we loved the stay and the services. It’s great for a staycation as well and the breakfast bar was beautiful and walk down to the CBD and the bridge is an added bonus during the stay.

The hotel was in a great location, convenient for everything we wanted to do, views were spectacular. The room was large, very clean, large bathroom with a very comfortable bed. We had club lounge access, which as the hotel was busy, was a quieter place to have breakfast, it was available during the day and evening canopies/drinks were excellent.

Our fam of 3 came here for the marathon. A must-get is the Horizon Club Lounge, which has the best daily breakfast/tea views during our 5-day stay, and it's close to everything in the city. The staffs/services were top-notch; The indoor pool during our autumn stay was amazing. We will stay here again next time around.

Great experience from start to our check out. I was able to check in early and was fortunate to upgrade to a suite. We had the best view of the Opera House. Staff were very friendly. Gerry at the breakfast buffet restaurant at one of top floors gave us excellent customer service. Overall, we were impressed with the facility and everything it offers. If we return to Sydney, I will stay at the Shangri-La Sydney.

It’s in a great location. Especially if you get bridge and opera house facing room. Grab a coffee in morning and watch the sunrise over opera house. Breakfast is wonderful. Walkable to great restaurants. Loved it.
