"I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had become quite ill while travelling in England and was able to obtain an early check-in at the hotel. Staff was also great about providing me information related to obtaining medical help and arranging for me to be able to take a meal up to my room. Room was great - very clean and comfortable. "

The breakfast buffet is a fresh, diverse and healthy respite after a night in the hotel. The rooms are modern, but warm and comfortable. "

"Good location fir Terminal 5 but the pod was out of action when we stayed - an Uber to Terminal 3 was only £13 so was cheaper than pod anyway! "
