Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. "Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and only negative I would have to say is the fact that I couldn't get a non-smoking room and the gentleman at the front desk told me even though it is a smoking room there isn't a bad smell. Well, he was wrong. But thankfully during my stay the temp outside was nice and cool so having the door open at night got that smell out but couldn't get the A/C to work but I guess that really didn't matter. Also, some variety for breakfast changes would have also been nice....

"It's a good place for a couple of nights only or if you don't spend too much time in your hotel. Very small room, the bathroom is so small that the sink is outside in the bedroom. There are amenities in the lobby, you can change your towels everyday or ask for the cleaninf room service (for a charge, of course). Nice staff"

"The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!"
