"Nice small condo complex (not a “resort”) with 2 small, clean pools, several hot tubs and pretty landscaping. The complex does have a couple activities each day, so maybe that is why they call it a resort, but certainly doesn’t justify the $225 “resort fee”. There is no pool bar nor restaurant or cafe on-site, nor is there any within walking distance. There are no elevators. Majority of guests are seniors, so it’s very quiet.
