"Run down place. Room smelled moldy and of dirty socks. Bath tub was so slippery that almost fell and hit my head. Beds were not comfortable. Dirty diapers and trash everywhere in the parking lot.Will not stay again."

"I want to commend the staff. The front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. She welcomed us and even gave us a brief introduction to the Melia brand. Even the security staff we encountered was helpful and assisted us on our way to our room. The hotel itself (at least our building) did show some wear, but the amenities and staff made the stay worth it. Definitely will consider going back when in the area again."

"The hotel room was large, very clean, and quiet, the only complaint I have is they don’t have streaming apps, I love to relax at the end of a busy day with Netflix, Hulu etc. I was very surprise, no streaming apps!!!"

"It really does feel like IHG is just buying up old properties slapping on some paint and trying to rebrand them as their properties. As such, we will no longer be using IHG properties at all. This is the second property we have stayed at in the Orlando area, that was absolutely trash! The place smells of mildew and the rooms were not clean or appointed well at all. It was far overpriced for the accommodations we received. The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I have ever seen laid out....

"I booked a last minute stay here and it was excellent. All staff that I spoke with were kind and extremely helpful. The pool hours are long and I was able to utilize it in the early morning prior to it being busy, which was really enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again."

"When we first arrived daughter had bugs and worms in her room. Maintenance came to clean and stated they would spray the room. Daughter ac vent wasn’t working so maintenance came back to replace the ac vent because the filter was the wrong size and repair the vent airflow issue. Master bedroom had a worm crawling on the floor and the water pressure on the bathtub was extremely slow. Toilet tissue holder was broken Television in two of the room would not work.
