"I want to commend the staff. The front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. She welcomed us and even gave us a brief introduction to the Melia brand. Even the security staff we encountered was helpful and assisted us on our way to our room. The hotel itself (at least our building) did show some wear, but the amenities and staff made the stay worth it. Definitely will consider going back when in the area again."

"It really does feel like IHG is just buying up old properties slapping on some paint and trying to rebrand them as their properties. As such, we will no longer be using IHG properties at all. This is the second property we have stayed at in the Orlando area, that was absolutely trash! The place smells of mildew and the rooms were not clean or appointed well at all. It was far overpriced for the accommodations we received. The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I have ever seen laid out....

"Elevator Malfunction and Concerning Response I stayed at this property in early June and experienced an elevator malfunction one morning. Several guests and I were inside when it stopped between floors for about 15 minutes. The space became warm, uncomfortable and claustrophobic. "I am handicap and I asked for an ADA room and they gave me a room that was not ADA. I reserve two rooms one for myself and one for my guest. Their room was 212 and when we got there at 10 o’clock at night 1020 around there their room was not ready to inhabit. The beds were not made. There was a master room was not cleaned, but yet they gave it to us anyways my ADA room was not it was ADA, but it wasn’t what a welcome shower it was with a bathtub was not able to shower.
