"This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Fanatstic bed and breakfast right in Florence’s city center! If you are looking for an intimate stay, I would highly recommend. If you are adverse to stairs or are older, a caution that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to your room. They are wide stairs and the staff is extremely helpful and helped us carry up our bags when we checked in."

"Residenza della Arti is located in the heart of Florence, and a 16 minute walk from the train station. My room was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning, a rainfall shower, and digital TV. I enjoyed the included breakfast - it was really convenient to get something to eat before heading out to check out the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at home."

"Lovely room in a historic building, very clean, yet modern amenities, gorgeous bathroom and heated towel rack.. only complain is the shower leaked out of the side and flooded the bathroom floor. Rooftop bar overlooking the arno was a highlight, as well as the breakfast. One of the best included hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Perfect location as well.
