"Nothing overly bad about the hotel.... except the parking lot... very tough as it's on a hill. The room was clean, bathroom very small. The pool was ok and the hottub was great both very busy. The breakfast.... NOPE. I had read previous reviews ... I don't know where they were eating... not here. Overall for the money it was ok."

"The pool was the best part very clean and well kept. The place is nice our issue was we booked a luxury two bedroom condo and its far from luxury. The ceramic floors were filthy the carpet was dirty and musty. All of the appliances are heavily outdated the fridge wobbles and hinges were broken.There were holes in the bedding not the most comfortable beds, If they advertised it as lakefront condo instead of luxury I would not be complaining. Also would add they charge luxury prices"

"The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My complaints were that the dryer didn't work, the bathtub wouldn't hold water, and the pool was closed for upgrades. Middle of summer seems like a terrible time to renovate the pool since it the main thing the kids wanted to do. Even with the complaints mentioned above, we would definitely stay again. The room and staff were so nice."

"The hotel is amazing! The views of the lake are beautiful. It’s a classy hotel with a professional staff. The only complaint that I have is the constant 80’s music being played throughout the hotel. The music doesn’t match the class or vibe of this hotel. 80’s rock, pop culture music made the place feel like a cheaper brand and was out of place for this property."

"We were there with our grandchildren to enjoy the Lake and spend a few days in the Ozarks. They provide everyone with a wrist band which opens the door to your room. This is all that they provide. Once on site there is NOTHING inclusive about this stay. You have options for a couple of pools for free and that is it. Even the Putt Putt Golf and Activity Program for children have fees and they are not inexpensive. Re -think the Family experience and include something with the cost of the hotel...

"We had a string of negative experiences during our three-night stay. The first night, the air conditioner in the room was rattling very loudly. I called the front desk and they seemed very annoyed to be talking to me, but they offered to get us a new room. The keys they gave us for the new room didn't work, so we had to go back to the desk to get the keys activated correctly. The air conditioner in the new room was just as loud. The entire building seemed outdated. It was dirty, sticky, and...

"The hotel was very clean the room was very clean the staff was excellent. The pool was clean and crystal clear. We are already planning our next stay there. It’s really convenient to the shows and rides."

"Staff was very friendly at the front desk. We stayed in the Avilla section the “luxury suites” there were multiple dead spiders against the baseboards in our room. Besides that the room was clean but it did make me feel quite uncomfortable with sleeping there."
