"From the outside, property looks well maintained. All the staff was helpful and nice. And at first glance the room was nice, big, with plenty of space and it looked clean. But when you look closer, you will notice it’s not as clean as you would hope. The space on the floor behind the headboard is very dirty. Lots of dead bugs, cobwebs and what appears to be many years of dirt and debris collecting back there, looking like it’s been several years since it was cleaned. It wasn’t like I was looking for it. It was just very obvious. I also noticed they had painted the door white for some reason instead of leaving it as a wooden door. It was almost comical how badly that door was painted. Looked like one coat of white on a wooden door when it needed two or three, as if they ran out of paint when painting the door. It all just made me wonder what else wasn’t as clean as it should be, and what other shortcuts were taken when repairing or updating things. On a more positive note, the bed was comfortable and it was very affordable."

"Parking was easy, indoor pool was ok. Tub had a large hole in it which didn’t allow for a shower - when i tried to let them know it seemed as if they had no idea what i was talking about- even showed a picture. No change Basic digital channels "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cigarette butts littered the grounds. The biggest issue was our non-smoking room, which reeked of smoke. It permeated the walls, furniture, and bed, making it difficult to breathe. When we asked the front desk, they said the room used to be a smoking room, and although they tried to remove the smell, it was impossible. There was furniture stacked in the hallways, and our room showed signs of attempted entry near the door key. I didn't feel safe or comfortable, but it was only a one-night stay, and we were exhausted from our trip. Breakfast had limited selections of waffles, and cereal. The staff were accommodating, pet friendly hotel and our room had a nice view of the pond."

"Check in- we asked where the ice was and we were told ice was at the store across from hotel in a very rude tone. The cleanliness of the room was lacking to say the least. Dirty comforters, lots of stains. Bugs in the bathroom. I’ve stayed here many times and have never been treated so rudely. Must be under new management…that was our last time to stay at Motel 6…"

"Breakfast menu was a little limited. Clean room. Staff great! Air condition and heat perfect. Better than what I consider it's price competitors to be. In today's high tech age, a few more electrical receptacles would be nice, but that's the case in most hotel/motels in this price range."
