"Good, clean room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK .... room lighting could have been brighter (no broad overhead lighting and side lamps were not strong). Bathroom sink water pressure was very low. First time staying with Sonesta - basically good experience."

"The rooms were clean, and if there's a problem, the staff is on it! Laundry is WONDERFUL to have in a hotel. I was using the machines the last time I was there, I went to the front desk, asked for a towel, they were so nice to give me one and they also came in to help me. She felt so bad, but it wasn't their fault, no one ever went to tell them. They thanked me for letting them know. The air conditioning is WONDERFUL. My Place IS my FAVORITE place to stay! I give it ALL 5 STARS ๐"

"Room was clean. Front lobby check in counter was saturated with a liquid; my arms were soaked. Found out it was Febreeze. WHY they had to saturate it with it is beyond me. Check in guy was a bit of a jerk, hence 4 stars. Katie at checkout was great."
