"Staff were nice, but it took me a couple tries to get ahold of them through phone. The place is definitely a work in progress, but the room was quite nice. Good flooring, microwave and minifridge. My toilet wasn't working, neither did my blow dryer. But when I contacted them in the morning one of the owners dropped off a new working blow dryer for me and fixed my toilet as well. Like I said, work in progress, but can tell they're doing their best with what they've got! Solo traveling was good...

"This area was very comfortable. The location was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was nice and the pickle ball courts were an awesome addition to entertainment while still very relaxing. "They did not have enough staff for volume of people needing help only 1 at desk all week, long waiting and not experienced. Computer problems, for staff, could not answer questions or communicate with other employees. The grounds are beautiful and they have added and cleaned up games, pool, grounds. Our condo however had moldy shower and would not drain. Floors were dirty, don't think condo was ready as towels were everywhere and missing."
