"The bathroom flooded as shower was blocked missed breakfast! Not been compensated. Only been given points not money for the additional breakfast I had to buy! "

"Good free parking. Excellent breakfast good choice and nice and hot. Air conditioning and heating not working in room an electric heater provided but I was not informed of this by hotel staff. The room was clean and serviced daily. "

Special mention to the new duty manager who solved the initial issue in a proffesional and emphatic manner . Credit to the hotel and company.
