"Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

"The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! Bonus points for having a diffuser attachment on the hairdryer as a curly girl who was in need of one!"

"Amazing 4 night stay at the MÍMESIS 11. My girlfriend and I stayed here in June during the strong heatwave and this hotel was perfectly located. It's literally outside the ferry return stop and has a handful of bars and restaurants on the door step. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely breakfast and the most helpful staff. The only minor negative was that the air conditioning is controlled by reception and ours had a fault during our stay, which meant it was a little...

"Spacious, immaculate, well quipped property in an excellent location (the centre of Como old town). The owners were quick to respond to our enquiries prior to our stay. They also made contact to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was okay with the appartment. If travelling to Bellagio for a day trip; please be aware there are no views from the fast ferry. The regular ferry takes 2h. (Not sure of the views from it). In our opinion the bus was much better. A 1h journey on winding roads...
