Da at the front desk was very helpful when I checked in. He gave me a map of the area showing where some major attraction were located, and he booked an excursion for me. I was happy the hotel had an elevator as I tired myself out daily from exploring the old quarter of Hanoi. I was quite pleased with the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel."

"A beautiful new hotel right in the heart of the old quarter and close to restaurants and train street! Rose and Thomas (managers of the hotel) are incredible and looked after us like family.
