"ホテルは立地もよくとてもゴージャスで部屋も毎日丁寧に掃除してくれましたため快適に過ごせました。心配していた騒音も窓を閉めれば全く問題がありませんでした。チェックインで対応してくれたJellyは日本語が話せて会うたびに笑顔で迎えてくれてとても心地よかったです。朝食ブッフェも内容が毎日異なるため飽きることなく、特にホテル特製のスパイシーソースは買って帰りたいくらい美味しかったです！ ルーフトップバーの景色も綺麗でスタッフのLyanはジョークを言いながら楽しませてくれて最高の時間でした。ホテル送迎を利用しましたが車は清潔でとてもスムーズでした。季節的に少し涼しくなってきていたのでプールには入ることができなかったので次回は夏に行ってプールも体験したいです！"

"Sophisticated yet cozy. Service was top notch. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great central bustling location but quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. An example of the great service: I was not feeling well from a stomach bug I caught at a previous hotel; the manager noticed I wasn't eating much at breakfast and I told her the sickness was the reason. She took it upon herself to make me ginger and honey tea as well as to provide me the ingredients to-go so I could make more later. The tea really helped."
