"I had a fantastic stay at Champton Hotel in Hanoi and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great rest each night. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience special. They were happy to assist with recommendations, transportation, and any questions I had during my stay. The location was another major highlight, with convenient access to many of Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Overall, Champton Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi."

"The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Just FYI, the mattress was quite hard, so it’s great for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers. Also, the spa is actually located a couple of blocks away and not exactly at the hotel. "

"We initially stayed for a couple of nights. Our room didn’t have a door to the bathroom, just a curtain, which I didn’t like. We had a different room the second time we stayed (after an overnight cruise at Ha Long Bay) which did have a bathroom door so I would recommend putting in a request for a room with bathroom door if you like privacy. Overall a great hotel though, and good location. Breakfast options were great and we also had dinner one night which was also very good. Special mention to Grace on reception as she was extremely welcoming when we arrived, very helpful, and gave us some tips on what to do while we were in Hanoi. 10/10 service from Grace. Other staff members were also very friendly and I could not fault their service."

"The staff was super helpful a friendly, and the rooms were clean & had great air conditioning. They did our laundry with one day turnaround and it was folded so nicely! Breakfast was great, and the location is good for walking or taking a short grab to major areas."
