The experience here was next level, everything about this establishment is first class , especially all the staff , they help you with everything and anything including where to go and restaurants to eat at. If you are going to stay in Hanoi - stay here you won’t find better

This hotel was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Our host, Grace, was very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us daily. I loved the breakfast buffet, and the rooftop bar had great views. It’s a great location for the Old Quarter and getting picked up for tours. Would stay here again.

The staff showed amazing hospitality at this hotel. Always very pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was quite small but refreshing. Great location to see the Old Quarter attractions. After spending a few hours out in the chaos of Hanoi, the hotel was welcome relief to come back to. Street noise is completely blocked out. Overall excellent particularly the front staff.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel!! The location was amazing: directly within the old quarter. Nevertheless, the rooms were still quiet, perfect for relaxing after a whole day on tour. Loved our location and our hotel staff were absolutely incredible. They gave us invaluable recommendations for local food close by. They also stored our baggage after check out, and got us a taxi to the airport for a price cheaper than the “grab” app. The rooms were clean and the hotel bar was beautiful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
