The Du Lac Signature hotel Hanoi was amazing from start to finish. Staff were there to meet you at the car, and did everything they could to ensure that you were looked after. The view from the rooftop bar was fantastic and a great way to watch the sunset with a nice drink. The reception team were always ready to help, giving us great recommendations as to best local places to eat and things to do, they even helped us plan our onward travel while not staying in the hotel. The room was spotless, with a very comfy bed and everything you might need to hand. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Hanoi. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism.

Excellent staff extremely helpful. Hotel was not yet fully operational. Mild criticism is that “interior view” is a little bit of an overstatement effectively there is no window. (A “window” showing a featureless narrow shaft cannot honestly be described as interior view. The room was very comfortable and completely clean

I recently stayed at Hotel du lac signature, a newly opened property in Hanoi’s Old Town, and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The check-in process was very smooth, including an airport-transfer offer via mail in advance, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and courteous. They truly made me feel like a valued guest at all times. What stood out most was the consistently high level of guest recognition—several team members greeted us by name, which felt genuinely warm and personalized. Special thanks to manager Thomas and his team for their thoughtful care. The hotel’s location is central in the Old Town, with easy access to the "Silk-Road" and a wide array of dining options within walking distance. The iconic "Train Street" is also nearby, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Please note that the rooftop terrace and the second bar were not yet open at the time of our stay, but renderings suggest an exciting additional experience once they debut. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, balcony with view over the old-town, ample lighting, and modern amenities including reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast offered a very good mix of continental and local options, with fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The pool area provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service quality was exceptional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as guests.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was great and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable. They even prepared us a lovely take away breakfast as we checked out very early for a morning flight. The room was very clean and modern. Really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend if you are going to Hanoi

This hotel was aesthetically pleasing, extremely clean, and served high quality food for breakfast. My fiancé and I couldn’t stop taking photos-videos of everything. The employees here were so professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we had an impeccable experience. We had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel. This was mainly due to the amazing staff team. All of the staff in every part of the hotel are exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind. Thomas the manager was always available and organised our trips to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. (Both were excellent). Our room was beautiful, very clean with a really comfortable bed and fresh fruit and bottled water provided every day. We really enjoyed our stay in Hanoi. Thank you!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special. During our stay, we booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire journey. The arrangements were smooth, professional, and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Every meal at the hotel was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—truly making us feel pampered at every moment. The housekeeping staff also touched our hearts with their thoughtful preparation. They decorated our room with roses, arranged towel swans, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented cake. Walking into the room felt like stepping into a romantic dream, and we were both deeply moved by the effort and care. What touched us most was the warmth of the staff. Lovely stay with Excellent service. We have traveled widely, but the service here went far beyond expectations. Even before reaching the hotel, the staff called our airport driver to ensure we were comfortable and informed about traffic conditions. On arrival, the team greeted us enthusiastically at the door—such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Our anniversary was made even more special with a decorated room filled with roses, swan towels, and a lovely cake. Every detail showed genuine care and professionalism. HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE is without doubt one of the finest hotels I have experienced in Asia, and the fact that it has only just opened makes it even more impressive. Everything feels brand new—polished interiors, spotless rooms, and a design that combines modern luxury with subtle charm. Beyond the facilities, it was the hospitality that left the strongest impression. On my birthday, the front desk team surprised me with a cake and gathered together to sing. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought genuine emotion and made my stay unforgettable. These personal touches are what elevate a hotel from simply “good” to truly extraordinary. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and always smiling. Staying at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Tucked right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the location could not be more convenient—just steps away from the Colorful Train Street, markets, and cafés. Yet once inside, the hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary, with absolute quiet and a sense of refined luxury. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. From the elegant lobby with its inviting fragrance to the spotless hallways and rooms, every detail feels fresh and pristine. My room was spacious with French Balcony, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The facilities covered everything a traveler could need, from excellent breakfast service to attentive concierge support. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The staff here are remarkable—polite, professional, and sincerely warm. Every time I entered or left the hotel, they remember my name & I was greeted with a bow and a smile, small gestures that made a big difference. It felt as though the team genuinely cared about my experience, not just as a guest, but as a person. For a newly opened hotel to already deliver such a high level of service and comfort is rare. This is a hidden gem, and I would recommend it without hesitation.
