"Excellent location and very quiet considering how close it is to the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter! Rooms are basic and a little dated, but comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast, while basic, is sufficient to get your travel day started!"

"The night time front desk lady was very rude throughout the duration of my stay- she was bossy , never smiled and seemed like she was doing me a favor if I asked her for something... she should NOT be in hospitality. And it was very noisy!!! I got woken up several times by staff members talking loudly in Vietnamese outside of my room. One of the cleaners walked into my room without nocking first. "
