Easy walking to local bars, restaurants, casino and South Bank Lifts weren’t working up from carpark was just a minor inconvenience "

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"I had no trouble logging into the internet. I had no problems requesting for more towels. I had a beautiful clean room, and it was cleaned every day whilst I stayed here. I liked the fact it was so central to transport, major events and shopping strip. I would definitely come again."

"Staff on arrival although nice had no personality and did not communicate well upon check-in. We arrived 20mins before 3pm and still were given no communication that our room was ready. We were in reception waiting. We had to ask if our room was ready. At 3pm. No one else was waiting at reception at the time. 2 staff at reception. Not very good customer service. "
