Nice hotel overall – clean, stylish and well located, with friendly staff. Nothing wrong with the stay, but for a 4.5 star property we expected a bit more. There wasn’t really a comfortable space in the lobby to sit and work on a laptop, and some basic amenities like a shower cap weren’t provided. Small details, but things you’d normally expect at this level. Glad we didn’t pay full price as I may have felt disappointed if we had.

I’m a frequent traveller and this is the best service I’ve had in a long time! I travelled alone with my 1 year old and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room and pool were perfect. Near restauarants and City Cat ferry stops. Easy boardwalk stroll to the city centre. The room was nice, river view room was worth it. Lighting was a bit dark. Most annoyingly the pool bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday which was a big reason why I chose the hotel! Really frustrating.

Staff were so helpful when we requested an earlier check in to get ready for a function. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar. Room was super clean and we loved that they didn't use disposable toiletries.
