"Relatively near to a tube, clean bedrooms, spacious, tidy, great pool. Sauna could have been warmer. Only issue was that we had a snack at the hotel & a £8 service charge was added to our bill (we asked for it to be removed so no issue but it is a steep service charge ) "

"Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel! We received an upgrade on our room, as we are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic room and very spacious. The staff, particularly the front of house team, were very helpful and did their best to accommodate us on our arrival. Love the history associated with the building and its close proximity to theatres/restaurants. Would definitely visit again!"
