"I called after I booked this hotel. I was told I could check in early. When I arrived I could not check in early “there were no rooms available” I planned massages a tiki boat. We had no where to shower after covered in oil from the massage and had to go on the tiki boat like that. I wish you all would clearly state that ITS POSSIBLE a room may be available. Don’t assure the people we would be able to check in early."

"This property was a decent choice. It is at a top of a hill, so steep walking from downtown. It is also the furthest from the Gaslamp area and Petco Park, but still walkable. The best part was the hearty breakfast buffet! The buffet was perfect for my teenage son, who wakes up early and hungry. He also enjoyed using the weights in the fitness center. "

"Do not judge this book by its cover! Our room was spacious and clean with a recently renovated bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and despite being with on the corner, street noise was not bad at all. The staff was so nice; dining recommendations were on point every time we asked! Would stay here again!"
