"Valet parking was easy, although there was no one out front when we arrived, so we had to get out of the car to go in to find the valet. The front desk was friendly especially in the mornings. Late checkout was easy. Overall - hassle free and exceeded expectations. Although the light under the sink didn't seem to turn off which I thought was strange. "

"Arrived at 6pm, April 14/2026 to find prostiutes outside the doors of motel. Our room was discussing. All kinds of Hair everywhere, not vacuumed- food on floor and chairs and table. We had to wipe table off. While toilet clean before using. The only thing that looked tooken care of was bed. But we didn’t use as we went to front and talked with staff. No manager onsite only front desk girls. Nicky was the girl at front and was polite and finally after we had to make a lot of calls were able to cancel room and get refunded. It’s VERY sketch. "

"They have the best coffee machine of any hotel! It grinds the beans to make your coffee. Talk about fresh! Really good. And there's a microwave in the room to reheat it. 😁 Breakfast is fresh and so much to choose from. Much better than the expensive hotels where you have to pay a fortune for breakfast on top of the very high room rate. "

"Nice spot, good location, walk-able to most things downtown and very close to little Italy. lots of great restaurants "

"The room served its pupose. We were 40 minutes early on arrival and the clerk wanted to charge us 45 dollars for early arrival check-in. We declined and decided to wait. Then somehow the fee went away because we we first time guests and we checked in. Strange."

"We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. "
