"I had a great stay here, the apartment is very comfortable and the location is amazing. But the small size of the bathroom and shower will cause some challenges for a lot of people. It was not a huge issue for me but I'm a small person. I don't know how normal size people could shower in that shower, it is really tiny. And the stairs leading to the apartment (from the street) is tight and could be problematic if you're a tall/big person with big luggage. But again, for me, it was fine. The amenities of the apartment are great, it was really convenient to have a kitchen and laundry. The bed was comfortable too. Overall I had a great stay and it was a great spot to base myself while exploring other cities and towns."

"Directly in the heart of the old town, Ilenia runs the most pleasant and happy small hotel(?). If you’re looking for hotel based activities this isn’t for you. If you like older buildings with beautifully renovated rooms capturing their history, this is the place. As for the soul of this location is Ileana. She will make you her guest and provide you all you need to know about her beautiful town One note, if you have physical difficulties this may not be the best place. The historic center doesn’t allow vehicles, is quite hilly, and primarily cobblestone paths. "

"A quaint and cool harbor of comfort during a pouring rain, which made our stay in Monopoli outstanding. Gabriella was particularly warm and inviting, a very friendly and courteous host and guide...her radiance overpowered the terrible weather! The room was one-of-a-kind, the perfect example of luxury, bespoke accommodations.The tub and fireplace were lovely features. The site--a former fishmonger's worksite directly on the harbor--added a historical significance. And the to-order breakfast was tasty and cheerfully delivered. Significant to us, Gabriella went out of her way to ship to us a forgotten item...the epitome of customer care. Highly recommend Palazzo Giuditta!"
