"I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. "We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Antonio recommended us some great food and drink places which were excellent! The room was very spacious and we had a very comfortable memory foam bed. Also were very greatful for working air conditioning! Also the bathroom was beautiful and had an incredible shower! Both Antonio and Domenico were so helpful in general too - We missed our flight getting home and they were really helpful when we needed some advice and help with taxi’s. We would 100%...
