Fiorenza was so helpful with tips on Polignano and although we never met, she was constantly available by phone & text. The room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed. It is just steps from the old part of town. The breakfast was unbelievable with great options made to order & fresh squeezed orange juice..fabulous!! You can’t go wrong here. The streets are tiny but we didn’t have a problem finding parking nearby..

The hit tub was a great feature. This was my first time in italy and flee in from rome( i know crazy) after a long transit south, rude and annoying people Fiorenza was such a breathe of fresh air and so helpful and accomodating and kind. Very clean the service team was fast effictive and kept my room spotless. Fantastic service that i was not even expecting. Recommended

Endroit charmant et calme dans le centre de Polignano. La chambre était magnifique avec un bon équipement. Lit moelleux et grand.Terrasse sur le toit. Petit déjeuner agréable compris dans un petit restaurant au bord d'une jolie place à quelques minutes à pied. Il fallait payer un supplément pour le spa. Pas d'accès direct. Fiorenza était de très bon conseil pour les restaurants.

Hotel belo e charmoso!

A nossa estadia foi ótima, a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. o quarto era bem decorado, charmoso e de um tamanho ok para um casal. A única ressalva é que tinha um vazamento no box do banheiro e que deixava um certo odor desagradável de umidade. O café da manhã era servido num bar localizado numa bela praça próxima e era bem gostoso.

Muito bem localizado. Poucos passos do centro histórico. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela proprietária Fiorenza. Super gentil e nos presenteou com um belo vinho da Puglia. Lovely Stay

Lovely well equipped room close to the main town but set back so not noisy. Private upstairs terrace with a tub too! Downstairs hottub area available if you book it in, with additional charge. Loved our stay, check in and excellent support provided by Fiorenza too!

The property was newly remodeled and very clean and new towels. the manager/ owner very friendly and organized. unfortunately the day we got there there was a bike race and we couldn't park or get our luggage's out and it was a hassle. love the fact that doors would open with code and family members could go back and forth and we were not stock with one key. the manager left us a wine as a welcome. very friendly, very clean and comfortable

Excellent stay at Polignano a Mare

Excellent overall experience. The location is great, from a walking distance to a very big parking garage, and to the beach and all touristic areas. Very safe area to stay. The room was very clean, spacious, new, modern. My host Florence was in contact making sure we were having everything we needed and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Poligano is an amazing city, so it’s hard to not have a good time there, but our stay at B-Welcome Rooms of Charmes & Relax elevated the experience. The place is very well located just outside the old town - 3 min walk to the views of the sea. The room is beautifully designed and carefully furnished which gives a very pleasant - and instagramable, vibe. The owner was super responsive and extremely kind and helpful with everything from check in to recommendations in the city. Al in all a 10/10 experience - and definitely not our last stay here!

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Polignsno a Mare para um casal. É perto de tudo e a Florence recebe os hóspedes com muita simpatia. Estacionar na região é difícil, mas há a opção de estacionamento distante com transporte até o B Welcome. O café da manhã é bom e variado.
