This very quaint hotel is in a hidden street right behind the wall of the city that faces the ocean, staff very attentive, the room quite pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this little gem to anyone!

Perfect Stay in Monopoli

Staff very helpful and an excellent buffet breakfast included. I also recommend the restaurant here for dinner. Great location too. Our room was spacious, but you do need to be fit to walk up 4 flights of (steep) stairs if you choose the top floor. No elevator. We would definitely return.

Incredible hotel

The hotel was fantastic with a perfect location next to the sea wall. Great spacious room with a large shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided a free shuttle to their parking garage outside the old city. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve encountered at an Italian hotel.

Simply a wonderful hotel/apartments. It is the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a week in the last year and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful, the breakfasts could not be improved on from our perspective, they are brilliant and in general the location, choice of restaurants and everything else is excellent. A great place to base yourself to explore Puglia. 15 minute walk to the station that takes you most places on the coast you will want to go.

Fantastic property in a great location. Spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the pickup from the train station in the funky Citroen. Delicious buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. Perfect place

Great apartment style accomadations. Very comfortable and beautiful view from the bedroom of the sea. Right in the centre of old town, perfect location. Rocco can drive you to places within old town and also out to the beach clubs or teain station, very handy as it us very difficult to get a taxi. Cleaners were there every day and we great with restocking everything. The owner is a lovely woman who always made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and their restuarant for dinner was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay! The attention to detail in our suite was much appreciated. We had everything we needed...shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dental kit, shaving kit, q-tips, coffee maker, bottled water (dont need bottled water...water out of the faucet is great). We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was amazing with all the choices, etc. You are located off the main Piazza which is nice because it is quiet but still convenient to everything. They have a car that can pick you up outside of Centro Storico...we didnt need it, but we took it and Rocco was awesome (the driver). Just stay here...you won't be disappointed.

Amazing studio apartment in the old town

Excellent location in the historic old town, nestled in the beautiful old streets. I was collected from the train station at no extra charge. The studio apartment was fairly, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed as a solo traveler in hight of summer. Reception even provided me with a beach towel on request. The included breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had; I highly recommend the focaccia, cheesecake, cream filled doughnut to be enjoyed alongside a healthy breakfast.

Location is perfect. Everything that you need to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. The property also have their own restaurant. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. You can always ask her for suggestions and help anytime you needed her during the stay. We have a really nice stay and enjoyed it, except for some minor problems. Our room tends to get hot and we can’t control the thermostat and it tends to get a little bit noisy at night. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Would highly recommend it.

The property I stayed in, " a sea view apartment", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the "old historic centre". Breakfast was very good. The staff in Reception were very helpful in responding to questions about opportunities and things to do around Monopoli. We stayed in early January and it was an excellent 4 night break. A lot of people promenaded in front of the property but I liked that and it all quietened down nicely around 10.30 - 11.00 pm. A really superb location and the transfer to and from the train station in the old Citroen was fun...as there is no passing traffic in the old historic town...without special permits I presume. A great place to stay with helpful staff and a wonderful apartment.

These luxury apartments are amazing! The staff is extremely responsive, very respectful, and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Francesco and Rocco were both fabulous. Our bus to Monopoli arrived much later than we anticipated, but they continued to stay in touch with us to request status updates and understand when they needed to pick us. The rooms are all clean, big, and very modern - very beautiful and no complaints.The breakfast spread was beyond our expectations, offering everything from eggs and bacon to focaccia and smoked salmon. Finally, the location of this particular hotel is key. Our room had a view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and we were in the heart of Monopoli’s historic center. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! It exceeded our expectations in every way! The last thing I’ll mention is that the hotel was located a 15 minute walk from the Monopoli train station. Super easy and super convenient. Just do it!

We loved our stay here. The location is close to everything you want to see and a 15 minute walk to beaches. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything. They answered all our questions in our planning of a day trip and their super cool 1943 Citroen was our ride to and from the train.
