"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. It was not equipped with what you would assume in a beach area would have. There was no beach towels no blow dryer, no iron, no soap for the laundry. There is small...

"The property is at a good location but unfortunately the beach Cala Porta Vecchia and the road was under renovation 2025 which made it much less convenient. The street is busy at the evenings as it is the Main Street but the sound isolation in the apartment is good so we were happy with the sound level. The shower is very small though."

"Stated for a couple nights while visiting Monopoli. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful the property is, the grounds are absolutely stunning, with lush gardens, peaceful courtyards, and a pool area that felt like a true oasis. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well designed with a perfect balance of being modern and charming. It’s also very convenient for getting to and from Monopol8 or other parts of Puglia and having onsite parking shouldn’t be overlooked when in the area! What truly set our experience apart, however, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Whether it was helping us with recommendations in Monopoli, the breakfast and meal options, or simply greeting us with a smile, the hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. Our hosts were so communicative and helpful and even made the room available to us two hours early when needed.
