Sparks Hotels with Air Conditioning

"This facility is maintained and managed well, though there is evidence of moderately heavy use. We've stayed at his hotel several times and likely will again. The overall service is good, though not excellent. We encountered a problem during this stay regarding a request for an extra blanket. We called housekeeping twice during the evening and were assured the blanket would be delivered to our room, the second time close to when we wished to retire. "Overall it’s a nice hotel, could use a couple more restaurants, lighting is in my opinion “to dark” to see around the casino floor, also didn’t realize I had to call house keeping to clean the room every….. but again over all we had a nice pleasant stay…. Our mistake was not signing up for the rewards program….."
