"The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week."

"Newer building, clean rooms, built for a longer stay. In room amenities like coffee pot, hair dryer are not there. But a kitchenet and a lot of storage and space."

"Both tenants didn't like the fact that the mattress in this room was very old. The springs were popping, the bed was so hard (and we both like firm beds) but this was like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were smaller than a standard twin pillow and they were very hard. They has 6 small pillows on the bed. Woke up tired and with a headache and stiff back. Usually you can't get me out of motels beds so comfortable but this bed terrible."

"Rooms and the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke though rooms we booked were non-smoking. Both rooms had poor lighting and one room had only one bath towel for 4 guests. We had to go to front desk and ask for 3 more bath towels. We did not feel safe in the hotel as soon as we walked in there is a security guard sitting at the front entrance. The rooms had dirty carpeting and the one floor’s main hallway carpets had floor fans running as the carpet was wet. Overall we don’t recommend staying...

"EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND A HOTEL WHILE THERE IS RENOVATION GOING ON. Terrible property to spend a night. Small room, very inadequate bathroom and shower. It’s next to the highway, more like a truck stop so many 18 wheelers, construction material visible, dumpster and pallets, not a safe location. If you need a clean, safe and comfortable check it out before booking. Doesn’t deserve more than 1 star."

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
